We're seeking a talented Sales Enablement Manager to spearhead innovation and growth in our Away From Home (AFH) channel. This role is pivotal in bringing together cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions that meet customer needs and drive market expansion.

About the Role

This dynamic individual will develop and manage product propositions aligned with our strategic objectives, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine product propositions for each customer type under the AFH sub-channels based on market research, customer insights, outlet classification, and segmentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform proposition development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and effective sales propositions.
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Drive innovation in product propositions to maintain competitive advantage.
