We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement expert to lead our global sales team. As Manager Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in advancing Stripe's position in the market by developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement vision.
Key responsibilities include building and rolling out innovative training initiatives, collaborating closely with executive leadership, crafting a forward-looking manager enablement roadmap, and cultivating a dynamic coaching and mentorship culture among our management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 12+ years sales or sales enablement experience
- Experience in Financial Services/FinTech industry and strong payments acumen
- Ability to distill complex technical information into accessible content fit for a sales audience
- Extraordinary communication skills and executive presence
This role offers a highly competitive salary range of €104,000 - €156,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
OthersAs part of our commitment to growth and development, we encourage continuous learning and skill-building through various programs and resources. This role is based in-office, with a requirement to spend at least 50% of time in a given month in the local office or with users.
