We're looking for an exceptional Manager Enablement Lead who will drive revenue growth and business success.
About the roleThis is a critical opportunity to join our Global Sales Team and shape the future of sales enablement. As a Manager Enablement Lead, you'll be responsible for building and executing a sales enablement vision that advances our position in the market.
- Develop and roll out innovative training initiatives that empower our managers with the skills and insights necessary for effective leadership and team collaboration.
- Craft a forward-looking sales enablement roadmap that leverages data insights and emerging market trends, empowering our sales leaders to meet current demands while anticipating and adapting to the future of the payments landscape.
Our Global Sales Enablement Team is dedicated to equipping our sales teams & leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes the delivery of our Global Sales Enablement Strategy aimed at cultivating a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement, leadership development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful sales enablement programs and training initiatives.
