As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the enablement strategy that empowers Account Executives and Relationship Managers to navigate intricate buying groups, deliver valuable insights, and win substantial deals. The goal is to create a seamless customer experience while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and Enterprise sales goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to define enablement priorities and design effective learning programs.
- Design and deliver impactful training sessions that cater to the complexity of Enterprise deals, including multi-threaded discovery, technical integration, procurement navigation, and executive alignment.
What skills do you need?
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on large, complex accounts
- Proven success in supporting or leading strategic sales motions into Enterprise accounts
- Expertise in designing and delivering high-impact training programs, both in-person and virtually
- Ability to distill complex concepts and communicate them effectively to seasoned sellers
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Capacity to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity while driving clarity and results
- Working knowledge of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness and business outcomes
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
