Key Role: Enterprise Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our sales cycle, you will partner closely with customers and sales teams to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

About the Role

You will work closely with our sales teams to uncover customer requirements through discovery calls and meetings. Using your expertise in business management solutions, you will design and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations that clearly show value and business outcomes.

As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will build strong relationships with prospects and customers, positioning our solutions as strategic partners. You will also train and enable our internal sales team on new product releases and features, ensuring consistent value-based product training.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Strong background in business management solutions for SMEs or similar cloud-based ERPs.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and design solutions that drive value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering roles.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to influence and accelerate deals.
