Xdr Sales Enablement Specialist

As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities will include designing and delivering enablement programs for cross-functional teams across EMEA. You will develop and implement training programs focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, qualification, and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and the Vortex Methodology.
Additionally, you will manage multiple enablement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration and effective communication will be essential in facilitating engaging and impactful training sessions for groups of varying sizes and seniority levels.
Requirements- Proven experience in a sales or enablement role is crucial, including roles like xDR Enablement Specialist, Account Executive (AE), or xDR leadership.
- Exceptional group facilitation and public speaking skills are vital for leading engaging training sessions.
- A strong understanding and practical application of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is also essential.
