Employee Relations Associate - Dublin, Ireland

We are working with a leading professional services organisation seeking an Employee Relations & Investigations Associate to join its Dublin team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile assignments within a respected group in Ireland, while also being part of a global business.

The successful candidate will support and lead on a variety of workplace investigations, preparing reports and related outputs. You will play a key role in the end-to-end management of projects, while also contributing to HR and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support and lead on a variety of workplace investigations, preparing reports and related outputs.
  • Manage end-to-end projects and contribute to HR and business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Law, HR or a related discipline (a post-graduate qualification in Employment Law would be desirable).
  • At least 2–3 years' HR experience with a focus on employee relations and/or employment law.
  • Prior exposure to workplace or protected disclosure investigations is an advantage.
  • Strong report-writing, analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, build trusted client relationships and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive and positive approach to work.
