Job Title: Employee Relations Associate

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile assignments while being part of a global business.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead on workplace investigations, preparing reports and related outputs.
  • Manage end-to-end projects and contribute to HR initiatives.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business, Law, HR or a related discipline with a post-graduate qualification in Employment Law desirable.
  • At least 2–3 years' HR experience with a focus on employee relations and/or employment law.
  • Prior exposure to workplace or protected disclosure investigations advantageous.
  • Strong report-writing, analytical and project management skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, build trusted client relationships and demonstrate commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail essential.
  • A collaborative, proactive and positive approach to work expected.
