Overview

Staycity Group is looking for a Reservations Sales Agent - German Speaking to join their Reservations Team in the Dublin Head Office on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process all inbound sales and reservations enquiries from various channels
  • Answer customer and agent enquiries; make and amend reservations
  • Gather lead enquiries for the Sales team and confirm group reservations
  • Report daily sales and performance indicators
  • Qualify sales needs and, where possible, set up calls and meetings for the city Sales Managers
  • Undertake sales research to assist the sales team in identifying and developing new leads
  • Deliver quality customer service as the first point of contact with Staycity
Qualifications
  • Fluent English and German, written and spoken
  • Proficient in Word and Excel; experience with Opera PMS is preferable
  • Ambitious with excellent customer service, telephone manner and attention to detail
  • Organised, target-driven, able to prioritise workload effectively
