Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring seamless reservation management.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing room inventory and promoting upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent communication with guests, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the reservation process.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify leads, convert them into confirmed bookings, and maximize room revenue.
  • Work closely with the Reservations Manager to optimize room allocation, minimize losses, and increase overall profitability.
  • Promote hotel facilities and amenities to enhance the guest experience and drive additional revenue streams.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess at least two years' experience in a hotel reservations/front office environment, knowledge of industry software such as Hotsoft being advantageous. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
