Hotel Reservation Coordinator Position

This luxury resort in Ireland is currently seeking an experienced Hotel Reservation Coordinator to join their team.

The role involves managing room reservations for both individual and group bookings, as well as collaborating with the Reservations Manager on daily tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless delivery of excellent guest service by efficiently handling all reservation inquiries.
  • Monitor email traffic and accurately record and verify all reservations.
  • Manage no-shows and cancelled reservations according to hotel policy.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Liaise with the Reservations Manager to optimize room revenue and assist with daily/weekly/monthly revenue reporting.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about hotel facilities and pricing.
  • Promote estate amenities and services.
  • Coordinate group blocks, ensuring timely execution of contracts and deposits.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years' experience in a hotel front office or reservations role, knowledge of relevant software is an advantage.

The successful applicant will be highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask effectively. Strong customer service skills and a proactive work approach are essential.
