Reservations Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Reservations Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with other departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maximising revenue through effective reservations management and driving occupancy, average rate, and market share performance;
- Handling all individual direct reservations and small groups;
- Responding to all enquiries and submitting quotations to clients in a timely manner;
- Managing bookings from provisional booking stage through to final bill payment and acknowledgement;
- Ensuring all emails are handled efficiently;
- Liaising with the Revenue Manager and contributing to sales and revenue meetings;
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills with fluent written and verbal English;
- Genuine commitment to delivering top levels of guest service;
- Strong systems knowledge, preferably with Guestline PMS;
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
- A team player mindset.
