Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Desk Concierge. This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a keen sense of awareness, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

This full-time, permanent role requires the individual to work 39 hours per week on-site. The successful candidate will oversee a team comprising Supervisors, Doormen, and Car Valet Parkers.

About the Role:
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist guests with luggage, directions, transport arrangements, and local recommendations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and local amenities to assist with reservations for taxis, restaurants, theatres, flights, and events.
  • Handle guest correspondence and enquiries (telephone, in person) with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or concierge role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A professional, polished appearance with a genuine passion for guest service.
