Key to our success is the role of a Nights Guest Relations Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive at the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Our ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming demeanor and will be able to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • They will be required to determine the reason for each guest's visit and provide them with information and assistance as needed.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing concierge services, including making bookings and providing directions.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for carrying out general porter duties, ensuring that all access to the hotel is secure and following hotel policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • A full clean driver's license is beneficial but not essential. We can provide training if necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant and professional manner, and be energetic and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
  • At least one year's experience in a similar role is desirable, but we are happy to consider candidates with transferable skills.
