Guest Relations Executive Role

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and has excellent communication skills.

The Job Overview
  • This position involves meeting and greeting guests in the lobby area, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring hotel departments are briefed on their requirements.
  • Seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and responding to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing, recording and resolving promptly guest or customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service standards across Reception, Lobby area, and Executive Lounge.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel, identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.
  • Communicating with the Executive Lounge Manager and tracking and rewarding regular guests for their loyalty and creativity.
  • Maintaining good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a luxury property is essential.
  • A luxury mindset, anticipating guests' needs and personalizing their experience.
  • A team player, collaborative, flexible, fun, and dynamic.
  • Ambitious and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
