Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the comprehensive strategy for configuration management aligned with both project and organizational objectives.
  • Set up configuration management plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency, integrity, and traceability of all project items.
  • Manage configuration baselines throughout the project lifecycle, including phases such as development, production, and maintenance.
  • Oversee and monitor the configuration change process, ensuring all alterations are reviewed, authorized, and properly documented.
  • Guarantee accurate documentation, tracking, and traceability of all configuration items throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain precise configuration documentation, including status reports, version control, and release notes.
  • Work in close collaboration with project teams, quality management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align configuration management processes with project needs.
Your profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in configuration management, with a solid background in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or technology projects.
  • Proven experience in leading configuration management efforts for intricate, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with railway systems and infrastructure projects
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements, including site visits and client meetings.
