**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Configuration Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing configuration and change control on rail signaling or transportation projects, ideally with exposure to ERTMS, ATP, or similar safety-critical systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of configuration standards, and rail safety standards including CENELEC (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129).

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define, implement, and maintain the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) in line with ISO 10007, CENELEC EN 50126/50128/50129, and project-specific requirements.
- Oversee configuration identification, baseline creation, version control, and configuration audits for all system components.
- Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure alignment with as-built and as-deployed configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering, safety, testing, procurement, and operational teams to control and track changes across all system elements.
- Ensure rigorous change control by managing Change Requests (CRs), Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and approval workflows.
- Maintain traceability from system requirements through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Produce regular configuration status accounting reports for internal teams and for submission to the client.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and contribute to Safety Case development and updates.
- Support internal and external audits related to configuration and change management.
- Lead the configuration management effort for integration of TPS with onboard and trackside equipment.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in configuration management within large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, or safety-critical industries.
