**Configuration Management in Railway Infrastructure**

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Configuration Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for managing the configuration of complex railway systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in configuration management, with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. They will be able to develop and implement comprehensive configuration management strategies, ensuring consistency, integrity, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, quality management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align configuration management processes with project needs. Your excellent communication skills and ability to lead configuration management efforts will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive configuration management strategies aligned with project objectives.
  • Manage configuration baselines throughout the project lifecycle, including development, production, and maintenance phases.
  • Oversee and monitor the configuration change process, ensuring all alterations are reviewed, authorized, and properly documented.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and traceability of all configuration items throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in configuration management, with a solid background in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or technology projects.
  • Proven experience in leading configuration management efforts for intricate, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with railway systems and infrastructure projects.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
