Functional Analyst Role

The successful candidate will be part of our Functional Delivery team, responsible for delivering end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management solutions to clients.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of Fenergo's SaaS product.
  2. Configure and refine the product in line with documented client requirements, deliver demos as scheduled, and obtain client sign-off of configured features.
  3. Validate functional configuration changes as expected.
  4. Update project management tools to reflect effort taken to make associated configuration updates.
  5. Support client validation process and User Acceptance Testing to address and respond to client functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
  6. Collaborate with Product Team with respect to product requirements.
  7. Support defect triage throughout delivery process.
  8. Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.
  9. Build strong relationships within project team, client teams, and internal Product Management team.
  10. Support Lead Consultant in articulating approach to client configuration to address client business requirements.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date functional documentation throughout lifecycle of delivery to ensure success of QA Automation.
  12. Document options related to key design decisions and raise awareness of client decision to Project Manager (PM).
  13. Escalate to PM if there are any risks, issues or dependencies which puts functional timeline at risk.
  14. Follow change management process and raise to PM and lead Consultant where client is requesting additional scope over and above what has been agreed.
  15. Proactively own personal development and knowledge acquisition plan, alongside their line manager.
Required Experience
