Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Functional Delivery team within Client Services.

About the Role:
  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product, including configuration and refinement of the product in line with client requirements.
  • Deliver client demos as scheduled and obtain client sign-off of configured features, ensuring timely validation of functional changes.
  • Update Azure DevOps to reflect effort taken to make associated configuration updates, maintaining accurate records throughout the delivery process.
  • Support client validation process and User Acceptance Testing, addressing and responding to client functional queries and making appropriate configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team on product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
  • Participate in defect triage throughout the delivery process, adhering to internal governance processes and ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships within the project team, client teams, and internal Product Management team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist the Lead Consultant in articulating approach to client configuration, addressing client business requirements and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring success of QA Automation and facilitating knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Document key design decisions and raise awareness of client choices to Project Manager (PM), promoting informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Elevate risks, issues, or dependencies that impact the functional timeline to the PM and Lead Consultant, ensuring proactive management of potential roadblocks.
