- Provide in-depth review and feedback to policy enforcement teams to ensure principles and consistent application of policy.
- Provide subject matter expertise on crisis response and escalation handling, ensuring policies are aligned across stakeholders and support effective responses to urgent safety incidents.
- Engage with Legal and Public Policy teams to ensure compliance with key regulations and be a T&S point of contact for any potential new regulations.
- Engage with external stakeholders to integrate expert perspectives into TikTok's platform policies, and represent the company in external forums and speaking engagements.

- Experience with international technology/online content/social media issues.
- High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
