Position Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Dublin team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in business development, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions to financial services firms. Our structured training program provides comprehensive support in both business development (client acquisition, account management) and recruitment execution (candidate sourcing, selection, and placement).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development efforts by identifying and securing new client partnerships.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial services firms.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the market.
  • Collect and analyse vacancy briefs from clients to ensure a full understanding of hiring needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to win new business and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
