About the Team
Workvivo is part of Zoom, an all-in-one intelligent collaboration platform that makes connecting easier, more immersive, and more dynamic for businesses and individuals. Zoom technology puts people at the center, enabling meaningful connections, facilitating modern collaboration, and driving human innovation. The Business Development Representative team at Workvivo is a fast-paced team spread across the globe. This role sits within the EMEA team which is based in Dublin, Ireland. The team is enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoys working in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and screening potential customers who can gain from the Workvivo platform.
- Qualifying prospects generated from marketing campaigns for the large to enterprise B2B market.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects to drive interest and awareness for Workvivo.
- Engaging prospects through various sales cadences to drive high conversion rates and generate pipeline.
- Sharing success stories of how customers are using Workvivo.
- Developing a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey to improve outbound sales campaigns.
- Reporting data insights to leadership and making recommendations for improvements.
What we're looking for
- Be fluent in written and spoken French (to a native speaker standard) and English.
- Experience in the SaaS sales space in business development.
- Experience communicating with C-Level by phone and email.
- Ability to manage a large number of accounts and work cohesively with Account Executives.
- Be structured, organized, empathic, and have positive energy.
- Comfortable with process and ambiguity, with experience explaining ideas and processes to business decision-makers.
- Knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and Outreach.
- Open to new concepts and willing to step outside your comfort zone for learning and growth.
