Business Development Representative Manager

As a BDR Team Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by leading and developing a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role focuses on strategic pipeline generation, data-driven performance optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. You will directly impact the company's top-of-funnel success while accelerating your own leadership trajectory through dedicated mentorship and development opportunities. This role reports into the One Identity EMEA Inside Sales Director. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities- Strategic Team Leadership:
- Directly manage and coach a team of BDRs, focusing on skill development, career advancement, and fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Implement and refine business development processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Pipeline Generation & Optimization:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and ensure consistent achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with other business functions.
- Data-Driven Performance Management:
- Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track and report on team performance, providing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement performance management strategies to ensure consistent achievement of individual and team targets.
- Coaching & Development:
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to BDRs, focusing on improving prospecting techniques, communication skills, and overall business development effectiveness.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance BDR product knowledge, sales acumen, and career development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to align BDR strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Contribute to the development of sales messaging and targeting strategies.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new BDRs, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid integration into the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in BDR Management Roles
- Fluent English required and another European language is preferred.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize team performance.
- People Leadership & Coaching: Proven track record of successfully managing and developing business development teams, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive team culture.
- SaaS/Cybersecurity Business Development Expertise: Significant experience in SaaS or Cybersecurity sales development, with a proven ability to drive new business acquisition and consistently exceed targets.
- Excellent working knowledge of SFDC and Reporting, PowerBI, Sales Engagement tools and Data Enrichment platforms such as Cognism, Zoominfo, Bombora etc.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for Sales & Cybersecurity: Genuine enthusiasm for sales and technology, with a desire to inspire and motivate others.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
