About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Representative at Randstad (Schweiz) AG, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure a seamless sales process. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Achieve targets by utilizing HubSpot to manage, track, and qualify inbound leads.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate information.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects to present our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Foster high levels of satisfaction and retention by following up with leads and customers regularly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Utilize HubSpot's reporting tools to monitor sales metrics and performance.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve overall sales outcomes.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
