RIGHT Group is a leading Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Company with a significant track record in the Water/Waste Water Sector.

We are currently seeking a Trade Qualified Industrial Electrician for work in the Mayo/Sligo area, with willingness to travel if necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a progressive and fast-growing engineering company known for promoting from within.

The Role:

The selected candidate will work under the direction of a Site Manager or Project Manager, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to manage their activities independently.

Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of various M&E installation methodologies, including inspection reports and testing of installations and equipment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include being an integral part of the on-site team responsible for M&E installation, repair, refit, and alterations.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for delivery and commissioning of small to medium-sized electrical installations.
  • Installation and setup of instrumentation and control equipment.
  • Installation of pumps, VSDs, and controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret working drawings and schematics.
  • Work independently using initiative.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and H&S guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified in Electrical or E&I.
  • Qualified QC is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Mechanical experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in Water/Waste Water is a plus.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Safe Pass certification.
  • Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to the needs of the business.
