Night Porter – Maldron Hotel Pearse Street

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Night Porter for an exciting opportunity within the Maldron Hotel Pearse Street.

Objective of the Role

To assist the Night Manager throughout the night shift in relation to hotel and guest security, reception duties as well as maintaining the agreed standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, including common areas, corridors, and restrooms
  2. Set up and maintain security measures during night shifts
  3. Assist with any maintenance tasks as required
  4. Provide excellent customer service to guests
  5. Handle any emergency situations efficiently and calmly
  6. Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Night Porter or Cleaner is essential
  2. Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  3. Ability to work independently and handle tasks without supervision
  4. Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
  5. Flexibility to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends and nights
