Overview
A well-established market leader in the construction products sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding operations team. Specialising in the supply and installation of high-performance building components, the company delivers complex projects to top-tier clients across Ireland
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a background in site or contracts management to take ownership of nationwide project delivery, working closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple installation contracts from pre-start through to final handover
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal departments to ensure all project milestones are achieved
- Monitor on-site progress, budgets, and programme schedules
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and internal quality procedures
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and contract files
- Represent the company in site meetings and technical discussions
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in contracts or site management within the construction industry
- Previous experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and delivering on time
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Experience in windows, façade systems, or specialist subcontracting is an advantage
