Contracts Manager Contracts Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after a major educational build in Dublin. Duties: Deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to quality/commercial targets. Build and lead strong project teams, promoting retention and a positive culture. Manage and track schedules; align multiple site and project managers. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards. Oversee cost/value management and provide accurate commercial reporting. Lead on all contractual matters, documentation, and compliance. Train teams on contract management and support policy development. Drive procurement efficiency and strengthen supply chain performance. Identify and address underperforming projects with corrective actions. Promote cost reduction and process improvements. Maintain company standards for presentation, brand, and operations. Work with Directors/PMs to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and support growth. Requirements: 3rd Level Degree or Trades Qualified Over 10 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects.
