Job Description:

The QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance of the Perrigo Supply Chain International DAC and affiliates with relevant regulations and standards, including MAH, WDA, ASR, GDP, and cGMP.

Scope of the Role:
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System.
  • Support quality systems on site, including Change Controls, Non-Conformances, Temperature excursions, CAPAs.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Maintain approved product, supplier, and customer listings and supply chain maps.
  • Manage temperature excursions and service complaints, including KPIs.
  • Log and escalate Product Quality Defects, AEs, or Product Enquiries.
  • Liaise with authorities regarding product quality issues.
  • Qualify and maintain supplier and customer records.
  • Support quarantine, field actions, and recalls.
  • Participate in KPI meetings, audits, and management reviews.
  • Lead or support quality projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform inspections and ensure corrective actions.
  • Support affiliate meetings and management reviews.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Quality.
Experience Required:
  • 3-5 years in GDP/GMP or pharmaceutical quality roles.
  • Experience in QA team environments.
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation systems (e.g., Trackwise, OpenText, Pilgrim, PLM).
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and CAPAs.
  • Knowledge of ICH, EU, DAFM, BRC, Organic, HPRA regulations.
  • Knowledge of MDD and MDR.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
