YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in servicing EBARA equipment.
  • Coordinate work schedules, manage team performance, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer issues and escalation resolution.
  • Drive improvements in service KPIs such as tool uptime, MTTF, and availability.
  • Manage site-level budgets and field service P&L performance.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company policies.
  • Contribute to customer headcount negotiations and service planning.
  • Support training, upskilling, and development of the on-site team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years' experience in system service, field service, or semiconductor operations.
  • Previous experience with vacuum pumps and waste gas abatement systems would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in team building and change management.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of EHS and quality management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Resilience, energy, and a proactive attitude.
