YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in servicing EBARA equipment.
Coordinate work schedules, manage team performance, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Act as the point of contact for customer issues and escalation resolution.
Drive improvements in service KPIs such as tool uptime, MTTF, and availability.
Manage site-level budgets and field service P&L performance.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company policies.
Contribute to customer headcount negotiations and service planning.
Support training, upskilling, and development of the on-site team.
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
5+ years' experience in system service, field service, or semiconductor operations.
Previous experience with vacuum pumps and waste gas abatement systems would be a distinct advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven experience in team building and change management.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of EHS and quality management systems.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Resilience, energy, and a proactive attitude.
