- Review and enhance current processes, proposing and implementing improvements to boost quality, consistency and efficiency in submissions.
- Lead and support IT or digital system rollouts within the bid team (e.g., tender platforms, libraries, collaboration tools).
- Coordinate with bid managers, design managers and other stakeholders to collate, format and structure proposal content.
- Keep our tender information library organised and up to date.
- Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Work Winning/Pre-Construction team.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills — you can manage multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Experience improving or streamlining admin and document-heavy processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint/Teams; Adobe experience is a bonus.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured mindset.
- Experience in construction, engineering or fit-out sectors preferred (but not essential).
