Job Description:A Role with Impact and Real Career Progression
Are you experienced in fundraising or sales looking for your next step? Do you want to lead a team, earn well, and grow into a leadership role? CPM Ireland is looking for a Senior Fundraiser (Driver) to take charge, drive results, and make a real difference.
What Makes This Role Different?
High earnings potential – €12,000 bonus on top of salary, with uncapped commission for top performers.
Fast-track career progression – promotion to Team Leader within 6 months based on performance.
Lead from the front – collect, drive, and motivate your team while showing them how it's done in the field.
All travel expenses covered – €5,000 car allowance plus a fuel card.
Daily meal allowance – €7 per day to keep you going.
What You'll Be Doing
Door-to-door fundraising, engaging potential donors and inspiring long-term support.
Driving your team to and from a set city-centre meeting point and fundraising locations.
Leading by example, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets.
Hitting and exceeding KPIs, with strong earning potential through performance bonuses.
Requirements
Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).
A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.
A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.
