Senior Fundraiser Opportunity

Are you an experienced fundraiser looking for a challenging role with high earning potential and career growth?

We are seeking a Senior Fundraiser to lead by example, drive results, and support the next generation of fundraisers.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in face-to-face fundraising/sales and strong leadership and motivational skills.

They will also have a passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.

The role involves representing a well-known charity through door-to-door fundraising, inspiring long-term monthly support.

It also involves focusing on hitting and exceeding your own KPIs, with strong earning potential through uncapped commission.

Occasional support (approx. 20% of your time) to new starters in the field, helping with on-the-job learning, confidence-building, and encouragement.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising/sales (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).
  • A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.
