The Role

We are seeking a Bioprocessing Team Leader to manage a team of Scientists and Technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable ATMP manufacturing. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, quality, and regulatory readiness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 12 Bioprocessing Scientists and Technicians.
  • Ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing according to schedule.
  • Maintain inspection readiness and lead quality-first responses on the shop floor.
  • Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Oversee cleanroom behaviour, environmental monitoring, housekeeping, and materials handling.
What Success Looks Like
  • On-time delivery of clinical and commercial products.
  • Timely closure of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
  • Positive regulatory inspections and audit outcomes.
  • High team engagement, performance, and retention.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Biotechnology, Science, or Engineering.
  • Strong background in GMP manufacturing operations, ATMPs, or biologics.
  • Experience in regulatory inspections, audit readiness, and quality systems.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience developing technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
