The Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Company's fast-growing Corporate Finance practice, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions ("M&A"). This role offers a platform to influence key strategic decisions, guide local and international corporations and private equity clients, and leave a lasting impact across various sectors.

As a member of their team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  1. M&A Expertise: Utilize skills in financial analysis and modelling to deliver outstanding client service and create innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
  2. Strategic Thinking: Assist in managing M&A engagements by applying strong project management skills, exacting attention to detail, and a naturally commercial mindset.
  3. Business Growth: Support business development efforts by identifying potential M&A opportunities to further expand the Company's market presence.
  4. Team Development: Collaborate within the team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Help build strong relationships within the RSM global network.
  5. Growth Mindset: Strong personal desire to develop and grow within one of the market's fastest growing CF teams.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  1. ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-2 years' PQE and relevant experience in corporate finance, audit, or a related high-impact field, preferably within a Top 10 firm.
  2. Excellent technical proficiency in financial analysis and project management. Highly commercial in outlook and have an aptitude for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  3. Support strategic initiatives, assist in business development efforts, and help manage important client and network relationships.
  4. A natural self-starter, attracted by the personal opportunities presented in joining a fast-growing team within a disruptive international network.
