Overview

O'Neill & Brennan are a dedicated Construction Recruitment Company that offer a long standing and trusted brand with significant industry expertise gained over 30 years. We strive to deliver first class recruitment solutions for our clients and candidates.

Due to increased business levels, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer that ideally would have some experience in the Construction Industry. The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin Office. This would be a prime opportunity to join an already established recruitment agency that will allow you to progress your career in Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least one years' experience recruiting within the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Uploading applicant details to our CRM system
  • Responding to applicants
  • Conducting Phone Screenings & Face to Face interviews
  • Daily support to the Account Managers.
  • Resourcing and Recruiting Labour and Trades Candidates while utilizing our internal database and your own initiative to help pull in the right staff for our large and ever growing clientele base.
Skills and Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience of working with the Construction Industry is an advantage.
  • A track record of good Customer Service and People Skills.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Excellent Organization and IT Skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and work on your own initiative.
