About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Dublin office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment, with structured training and clear progression routes to become a Recruitment Consultant. As a Resourcer, you will:

- Source and screen candidates for live vacancies across the construction and engineering sectors.
- Write and post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools.
- Support Consultants with candidate management and interview coordination.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

- A degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Construction, or a related field.

- No prior recruitment experience required – just the drive to succeed.
