Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to support our talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating the hiring process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Foster relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to promote a positive recruitment experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse candidates and teams.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with a solid understanding of data management.
