As AMD continues its exciting growth journey, our high-performing Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical roles—ranging from software engineers to silicon design experts—across multiple business units. You'll act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience.

You're a trusted advisor who can balance technical understanding, strategic thinking, and operational excellence—all while keeping the candidate experience front and center.

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build effective hiring plans, and deliver against headcount goals

• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent

• Use advanced Boolean search techniques, social media, and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to uncover hard-to-find talent

• Provide strategic guidance on market insights, talent availability, and hiring trends

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through strong communication, transparency, and follow-through

• Track and report on key recruiting metrics; adapt strategy as needed to ensure hiring success

• Proven success recruiting in a global, matrixed organization

• Strong familiarity with the semiconductor industry, R&D functions, or deep tech

• Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple international markets, particularly EMEA

• Skilled in articulating and understanding complex technical requirements

• Proficient in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and candidate engagement strategies

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
