Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented individuals, source and attract top engineering talent, and develop your craft in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and be proficient in using LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, and other networking platforms.

  1. Sourcing and Attraction: Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing, screening, and engaging outreach.
  2. Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and drive a seamless hiring process.
  3. Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine recruiting strategies.
  4. Interview Panel Leadership: Lead structured interview panel meetings and debriefs to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  5. Recruiting Tools Mastery: Master our recruiting tools and systems, leveraging automation and AI where possible.
  6. Candidate Lifecycle Management: Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from first contact to offer acceptance—ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Technical Recruiting Experience: 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  2. Sourcing Ability: Strong ability to source and attract top engineering talent through multiple channels.
  3. Global Hiring Knowledge: Solid understanding of the global technical hiring landscape, particularly in Ireland.
  4. Multitasking Skills: Excellent multitasking skills—you can balance multiple roles, collaborate with different teams, and keep the hiring process moving smoothly.
  5. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust and strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities—you use data to guide decision-making and improve recruiting processes.
  7. Networking Platforms: Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, and other networking platforms to connect with top talent.
  8. Growth Mindset: A proactive, growth-oriented mindset—you take initiative, learn quickly, and are excited to level up your recruiting craft.
