What you'll actually be doing
  • Picking up the phone and building real connections.
  • Figuring out who's a great fit (and who isn't) for the roles we're working on.
  • Writing job ads.
  • Keeping notes and updates in our internal CRM platform.
What you'll need
  • At least 1 year of work experience (recruitment, sales, retail, consultancy, etc. — we're open to all).
  • A people-first attitude: you enjoy conversations and building rapport.
  • Hunger, drive and proactivity to hit targets and continuously improve.
  • Organisational skills and confidence using digital tools.
