About Careeriser- We're a startup recruitment agency that launched just over a year ago, specialising in construction and real estate recruitment across Ireland.

- Writing job ads.
- Keeping notes and updates in our internal CRM platform.
- At least 1 year of work experience (recruitment, sales, retail, consultancy, etc. — we're open to all).
- A people-first attitude: you enjoy conversations and building rapport.
- Hunger, drive and proactivity to hit targets and continuously improve.
- Organisational skills and confidence using digital tools.
- Uncapped commission (the better you do, the more you earn).
- Hybrid working in Dublin with lots of flexibility.
- Real growth – this isn't a place for endless micromanaging or KPIs. We're flexible, we trust you, and we focus on results.
