We have expanded our presence across key retailers such as Boots and Selfridges UK, and our e-commerce platform now serves customers in 68 countries. Our 360° omni‑channel approach includes a robust physical presence in over 500 retailers across eight countries and four flagship stores in the UK and Ireland.
Our product portfolio includes over 140 makeup, skincare, and body products, all proudly certified by Leaping Bunny and recognized with 40+ industry awards. With an extensive range of complexion products offering over 100 foundation shades, Sculpted by Aimee is dedicated to celebrating real skin and promoting minimal retouching in our social media and campaigns.

About The RoleAccountabilities Include
- Long-term management of assigned accounts for sustainable growth and strong customer relationships.
- Monitor, progress and review business plans with the team and Head of Wholesale; activate contingency plans when needed.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Provide weekly estimates on sales projections with confirmation of upsides and action plans to alleviate shortfalls.
- Own the promotional planning cycles internally for assigned accounts, providing ideas and insight to deliver sales and market share growth.
- Analyze retailer executions and optimize future plans based on learnings.
- Manage all communications with assigned retailers to keep stakeholders up to speed on latest brand plans and activities.
- Work alongside Trade Marketing to ensure best-in-class in-store executions and stay abreast of in-store developments to share with the team.
- Collaborate with Consumer Marketing to secure the highest level of marketing support from key retailers.
- Work closely with other departments (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Trade Marketing and Digital).
- Build, maintain and execute joint business plans for all accounts.
- Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to community initiatives internally and externally.
- Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.
- You have a natural flair for sales and building relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders.
- You are commercially minded and obsessed with achieving targets.
- You can analyze complex data and present solutions that deliver results.
- You take initiative to learn from previous executions and can adapt plans based on learning.
- You work well under pressure and can meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening
- Solid understanding of retail, ecommerce and marketing businesses
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven track record as a commercial professional who understands brand and customer (shopper)
- Independent and self-directed but able to work within a creative, customer-facing team
- Ability to navigate and collaborate cross-functionally
- 3+ years experience in Sales/Key Account Management (preferably Boots)
- Degree in Business or related field
- A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance
- Experience in beauty/cosmetics industry
