KPMG Law Company Secretarial Graduate Programme 2025. This three-year programme develops you into a business-focused adviser on company secretarial practice and compliance. Practical experience, in-house training and completing either a Masters or a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance (leading to qualification as an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute) are core aspects of the programme.
Responsibilities- Complete a structured training programme across technical, interpersonal and IT skills while gaining on-the-job experience with senior Company Secretarial staff.
- Progress through the three-year programme to become a competent adviser on company secretarial practice and compliance for clients in a corporate governance context.
- Engage in training designed to support exams and real client experiences, contributing to the Firm's governance and compliance services.
- Develop information technology and interpersonal skills through formal training and practical application.
- Strong academic achievement.
- Fluent command of the English language.
- Starting salary is competitive. KPMG Law pays all fees related to the Masters/Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance.
- Paid study leave is provided and a salary review is conducted every 12 months.
