Role overview

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a first-class advisory service to direct clients. Working closely with Investment Consultants, you will ensure all advice aligns seamlessly with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Investment Consultants to deliver compliant, client-focused advice across pensions, investments, and life assurance.
  • Draft clear, tailored suitability reports and advice documentation.
  • Prepare detailed portfolio updates and reports ahead of client review meetings.
  • Liaise with clients to gather outstanding requirements before investments or policies commence.
  • Manage the full relationship for a designated panel of direct clients, including servicing, advice, portfolio reviews, and new business.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records across the team.
  • Conduct research and technical analysis to inform client financial strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc project work as required.
