Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Custody Operations Vice President will refine and enhance Citco Custody's safekeeping and asset servicing offerings. The candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders to expand global custody operations, working with teams across jurisdictions to understand securities settlement and asset servicing requirements, and develop automated process solutions aligned with operational needs.

This role involves process reviews, client and network relationship management, and stakeholder engagement. It requires a project-oriented approach to drive change and continuous improvement through initiatives across the organization.

Your Role

  • Coordinate with stakeholders on securities settlement and asset servicing for various instruments globally.
  • Support client onboarding and portfolio transitions.
  • Engage with sub-custodians and ICSDs to optimize operational processes and maintain controls.
  • Oversee a control framework for tax documentation, withholding, and reporting compliance.
  • Develop metrics for senior management to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Review operational procedures and identify automation opportunities.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Third-level business/finance qualification and at least 5 years of fund services experience in the European funds industry.
  • Experience in prime brokerage and/or global custody services with knowledge of global markets and instruments.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven project management skills with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to working with global teams.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
