Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager located in Rathgar, Dublin 6. The role involves the Letting of Property throughout the Dublin area as well as handling Landlord/Tenant matters, Property Management, and providing excellent Customer Service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Must hold a Property Services licence

Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents communication
Strong skills in Property Management and Customer Service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of property laws and regulations
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Previous experience in property management or related field
