Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Field IT Support Technician to join our team to support the operations of multiple secure facilities and administrative business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive ICT support across a large, dynamic estate, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and acting as a liaison between ICT services and frontline users.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mobile IT support to Local offices as needed.
  • Assist users with setup, troubleshooting, and engagement with devices.
  • Support the deployment and rollout of devices across different locations.
  • Travel between Local sites to deliver on-site IT assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements
  • Full driving licence and access to a car (essential).
  • Willingness to travel between sites.
  • Basic IT knowledge or experience in an IT-related role.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different environments and user needs.
  • Training and handover will be provided on site.
