Job Title: Field Service EngineerOverview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide comprehensive support for medical device equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless product performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive management of customer relationships with a focus on effective communication and satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and collaborating with administration as required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a willingness to travel. Experience in CSSD Validation and mechanical/electrical/biomedical fields is advantageous.

Requirements:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to thrive under pressure.
  • A clean driver's license is essential.
